I’m a passionate software developer, marketeer and team advocate. I still love programming languages and helping software developers to kick-ass in what they’re doing. More than that I believe in the power of teams and in no-bullshit corporations.
I’ve been working in Denmark and Germany mainly as a Java developer and leading software development teams. But as it turns out these days I’ve been coding in a ton of other programming languages, too.
After that I moved to the dark side… I joined the marketing department at Atlassian in San Francisco. I had a lot of roles during that time starting with being an Evangelist to defining the brand message for and beyond Atlassian’s customer conferences.
Now I help K15t Software for being known as a kick-ass software and service company with great products.
I speak regularly speak at small and large developer conferences like Devoxx, Jfokus, Javazone, DevNexus, 33rd Degree, GeeCon, Jax and many more. Additionally I’ve been working in the programming committee of Jazoon 2013 & 2014, Jfokus 2014 & 2015, DevoxxUK 2014, 2015 & 2016, JavaOne 2015 & 2016, TopConf 2017 & Øredev 2016. I’ve been the program chair of Atlassian’s customer event Summit for 3 years.
